Store It Well is a COEL Enterprises site, which is a Connecticut company. We provide this website as a service to our users, and by using this website, you agree to the following terms of use. It is your responsibility to review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with the terms, you have no right to use this site or obtain information from it. If you fail to use this website in accordance with the following terms of use, you may be subject to severe civil and criminal penalties.

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to each use of the Site.

Changes and Modification to Site: We reserve the right in our sole discretion to change or modify the Site in any way at any time.

Purchases: Purchases made by credit card at Store It Well are charged to the customers card at the time of purchase. All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and most orders are shipped in a timely manner. However, some orders may be on backorder and not available for shipment. This is beyond the control of Store It Well. If a customer does not receive their purchase in a timely manner, he/she should notify Store It Well to determine the cause. If Store It Well cannot have the order shipped in a timely manner, the customer has the option to cancel the order and have the full purchase price refunded. Once an order, or a partial order, has been shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy. Any questions regarding orders should be directed to service@storeitwell.com.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Store It Well, COEL Enterprises, and their respective owners, employees, agents, attorneys, advertisers, and publishers (collectively, "Our Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim or expense, including reasonable attorneys fees, related to your use of the Site, the Products sold on this Site, or violation of this Agreement.

Return Policy

Before returning any product, please contact us to arrange for a Return Authorization Number. If you are unsure of the return policy for a product you ordered, please contact us and we will be able to assist you.

Products manufactured by RaceDeck offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Please note that we offer free shipping but if a product is returned, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. If a product arrives damaged or is not the correct item ordered then a replacement will be sent out at no charge. You must notify us within 14 days of arrival. If you receive your order and it appears damaged in transit, please refuse delivery of the items so that they will be automatically returned to the manufacturer. Please be sure to notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All shipments refused by customers that are not damaged will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus actual shipping and return shipping costs.

Products manufactured by BH North America (makers of the Ulti-MATE line) offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of merchandise cost, (ship to and return freight costare non-refundable) as long as the furniture is in resalable condition (no stains, no damage, no abuse). A Return Authorization “RA” number must be obtained from BH North America prior to return. All returns must have its original packaging with freight prepaid. All returns will be assessed the industry standard 25% restocking fee and subject to inspection at the time of delivery.
