Delivery Information


We have tried to absorb as much of the shipping costs as possible. However, due to gas price increases, we were forced to charge small shipping fees on some orders. The fees are charged as follows:

Up to $100.00 - $25.00
$100 and Up - FREE

In order to save our customers money, many products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer which reduces shipping costs. We will do our best to provide tracking information on a timely basis. However, our online tracking system is to be used only as a guide and does not contain live information. For example, our system may show your order as "Pending" but it may have actually shipped. The manufacturers provides us with tracking information and sometimes there are delays from the time the order ships to the time we receive the order tracking information. Our online tracking system is updated at least once per business day. If your order does not show that it has been shipped and you would like more information about its status, please contact our Customer Service Department.

The shipping company for your order will be chosen by the manufacturer of the product or products your ordered.

Some orders with larger items may be shipped via freight. These overweight items will still be delivered to your home, however, you may be responsible for unloading them from the truck. Please have a few friends available to do this. We can provide lift gate service with your order if it is necessary. A member of the Customer Service Department can help you with adding this service to your order. Some items sold at Store It Well may have oversized charges. These charges will be displayed on the page of the item if they apply.
